At this workshop, we looked at how to analyse a site, with the view to helping developers to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand a site\u2019s potential<\/li>\n<li>Maximise the use of space, and<\/li>\n<li>Understand any planning constraints and opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the workshop, we examined three sites: a micro-backland site in Clapham, a six-unit mews development in North London, and a multi-unit tall building opportunity in Surrey. The money side of property development is so important to understand, and Martyn&#8217;s expert advice and market updates are always highly valuable.<\/p>\n<p>When we asked our attendees to rate the workshop, they scored <strong>5\/5 for the quality overall<\/strong> and <strong>4.5\/5 for how well the event helped them grow their property business<\/strong>.
