Granit has worked in the London Borough of Richmond<\/a> for many years, obtaining planning permission, as well as delivering many sucessful renovation and new build projects for our clients. This experience includes working with Richmond’s various planning policies, conservation areas and heritage assets. The borough includes the areas of Richmond, Ham, Kew, Barnes, North Sheen, Teddington, Twickenham and Hampton all with their own individual characteristics and varying housing stock. Despite the protective nature of the planning policies, there are often opportunities to remodel and create contemporary new homes, fit for modern living Many of our projects take a holistic approach to design, including Architecture, Interior Design and Garden Design to give our clients the best posssible end result. Many of them have included new basements, where the value added can justify the additonal investment.\u00a0 Here are a selection of projects located within the borough:<\/p>\n

Richmond House: A full refurbishment of the house, with a new pool and garden to create a stunning family home on the edge of Richmond Park.<\/p>\n
